Return & Refund Policy for BuyzioShop

At BuyzioShop, we strive to provide quality products and a smooth shopping experience. As we operate on a dropshipping model, this Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted.


1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order.

  • After this time, orders are processed and cannot be canceled.


2. Returns Eligibility

Due to the nature of dropshipping, we only accept returns in the following cases:

  • Item received is damaged

  • Item is defective

  • Wrong item delivered

To be eligible:

  • You must contact us within 3 days of delivery

  • Provide clear photos or video proof of the issue


3. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Minor color differences (due to screen display)

  • Delays in shipping (especially international orders)


4. Refunds

  • Once your claim is approved, we will issue a refund

  • Refunds are usually processed within 5–10 business days

  • Refund method may include:

    • Bank transfer

    • Mobile wallet (JazzCash / EasyPaisa)


5. Return Shipping

  • In most cases, returns are not required due to international dropshipping

  • If a return is required, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs


6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Please make sure to accept your order at delivery

  • Refusing COD orders without valid reason may result in restriction from future orders
